Some of our recent projects include: legal advice to a public authority during the financing, construction and authorization of an international airport; consulting for public authorities during the public procurement process for infrastructure and logistics-related goods and services; legal assistance and court representation for 3 out of the 4 aviation accidents that occurred in Romania between 2010-2014; legal advice to an American company setting up a greenfield project for the building of a bio-ethanol production unit and for the innovative disposal of the by-products; consulting and representation of one of the top soccer clubs in Romania in all the legal procedures required for its restructuring.
The practice has been growing steadily since 2000, currently providing a wide range of legal services to a portfolio of over 300 clients in Romania and abroad.
