Wintertaling is proud to announce that we are expanding! Thédoor Melchers started with us as a new M&A partner. With his arrival, we add more than twenty years of (inter)national M&A experience to our M&A team consisting of Marein Smits, Tim Carapiet-Petit, Thom Schölvinck, Esra Koopman, Lisette Oosterveen and Julien van Oosten.

Melchers starts immediately and will continue his acquisition practice within Wintertaling. He will also help the current Amsterdam team to further realize our growth ambitions.



Thédoor Melchers has been a lawyer in Amsterdam since 2002. Before coming to Wintertaling, he worked for two large international firms (Allen & Overy as an employee and Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder), where he specialized in acquisitions, mainly in the unlisted sector.

Within Wintertaling, Melchers will expand the existing specializations within the M&A practice with his clients at the top end of the SME sector and contribute to the further growth of the law firm.
