For thirty years, Legal Netlink Alliance has served the needs of clients worldwide.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving beyond experimentation in the legal profession. As law firms integrate AI into their work and clients adopt the technology within their own organisations, questions of governance, risk, accountability and responsible implementation are becoming increasingly important.
This practical, 60-minute webinar will explore how law firms can approach AI not simply as a productivity tool, but as a strategic, client-facing and governance-driven transformation. Görkem will examine the opportunities created by new technologies, the risks firms need to manage, and the changing expectations of clients navigating their own AI adoption, compliance and operational challenges.
Drawing on Gökçe Attorney Partnership’s own AI journey and its certification under the Raydorf AI Maturity Standard, Görkem will share practical lessons on moving from internal experimentation to a more structured approach to AI governance, accountability and adoption.
The webinar will also look at an important emerging gap: law firms and in-house legal departments are not necessarily approaching AI in the same way. Görkem will discuss where their priorities converge, where they differ, and what those differences mean for client relationships and the way law firms advise businesses undergoing AI-driven change. Practical applications including legislative monitoring, client alerts and document workflows will also be explored.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A and exchange of experiences among LNA members, providing an opportunity to discuss some of the practical questions firms are encountering as they introduce AI into their own practices.
Görkem is Managing Partner of LNA member in Turkey, Gökçe Attorney Partnership, where he advises clients on technology, digital transformation and business-critical legal matters while leading the firm’s innovation and responsible AI agenda.
Under his leadership, Gökçe Attorney Partnership became Turkey’s first AI-integrated law firm certified under the Raydorf AI Maturity Standard. A recognised voice on AI governance and legal innovation, Görkem has spoken at major industry events, including the Microsoft AI Legal Summit, and has helped bring together legal and corporate teams to exchange perspectives on AI governance, responsible adoption and the evolving role of legal departments in the age of AI.
