Siqi Cheng is an associate attorney at Kang Haggerty who focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters. Siqi previously served as a law clerk at Kang Haggerty. At the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Siqi was a staff editor for the Drexel Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
Ben Bedrava, EPGD Business Law
Benjamin Bedrava is a Partner at EPGD Business Law in Miami, FL, where he has practiced since 2021. He represents domestic and international businesses in matters of Business and Corporate Law, with a particular focus on building and protecting their intellectual property portfolios.
Before joining EPGD, Benjamin served as lead trademark counsel at a boutique intellectual property firm in South Florida, where he managed a large portfolio of IP matters. His experience includes the prosecution and enforcement of more than 500 trademark applications, giving him deep insight into both the legal and business strategies behind intellectual property protection
Will Kittrell, Egerton McAfee, Armistead & Davis
William Kittrell is a partner at Egerton McAfee Armistead & Davis, Knoxville, TN, and focuses on M&A, Commercial Lending, Partnership Taxation, Corporate Taxation, Business Transactions, and Tax Controversies. In addition to his J.D., he also earned his LL.M. in tax law. Will has a wide range of experience in business and tax law, including tax controversies with the IRS and Tennessee Department of Revenue.
Ken Smith, Mansour Gavin
Kenneth Smith with Mansour Gavin, Cleveland, OH, practices civil litigation, advocating for companies in Insurance Defense, General Civil Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Intellectual Property. He has successfully represented clients in trials, arbitrations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proceedings, unemployment hearings, and other state administrative proceedings. Beyond litigation, he provides guidance in acquiring commercial licenses, registering and safeguarding trademarks and other intellectual property, and developing and implementing internal policies and procedures.
