This webinar will focus on insights and peer-driven strategies for attorneys seeking to achieve greater work–life balance in their profession. Presenters will address common challenges such as burnout, boundary-setting, and time management in demanding practice areas and legal environments. Helpful tools/tips/tricks will be given for maintaining personal well-being while continuing to grow professionally, including stress-management techniques, building supportive professional networks, and developing sustainable work habits. The program will include interactive Q&A focused on issues attorneys face at the early stages of their careers.

Danielle Charlot, Diserio Martin O'Connor & Castiglioni LLP

Danielle B. Charlot is a Litigation Partner at Diserio Martin O’Connor & Castiglioni LLP in Stamford, Connecticut. Danielle represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, professional liability, complex civil litigation, appellate practice and business disputes & commercial litigation. Danielle specializes in trucking and transportation casualty and related issues for some of the largest motor carriers and truck insurance carriers in the country. Danielle also specializes in advocacy for sexual assault victims in personal injury suits.

Outside of her legal practice, Danielle is PTA President of her children’s school, serves on the Outreach Committee of her Church and on a board providing resources and financial assistance for domestic violence victims. She was also recently selected to participate in the 2026 Connecticut Young Professional’s Leadership Academy.

Tyler Berry, Mansour Gavin LPA

Tyler Berry concentrates his practice on real estate law, business transactions, and litigation, including general commercial litigation. As a member of Mansour Gavin’s real estate group in Cleveland, Ohio, Tyler has significant experience in business and real estate transactional drafting, eviction defense litigation, and commercial lease drafting and negotiation.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Design from Cleveland State University. He also has dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sustainability from Miami University.

Craig Almond, Carruthers & Roth, P.A.

Craig Almond is an associate attorney on our Carruthers & Roth litigation team. In this role, he works with clients on matters involving commercial litigation, business litigation, employment, construction, real estate, estates disputes and more.

Craig was also a Student Resident in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. At Elon Law, he served as an Articles Editor on the Elon Law Review and competed on the Moot Court team. Before transitioning to law as a second career, Craig worked in public relations at a sports and entertainment marketing agency in Charlotte.

In his free time, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife (Alex), one-year-old son (Jay), and dog (Mac).

Alexandria Bartels, Gross Welch Marks Clare

Alexandria Bartels grew up in Omaha and graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln College of Law in 2020. Her practice areas include family law, guardianship and conservatorships, and corporate law. With a commitment to guiding clients through complex and emotional legal matters, she focuses on practical solutions and compassionate advocacy. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and enjoying the outdoors with her dogs.
