Rassti’s practice areas include estate planning, probate, trust administration, and trust and estate litigation. She has also been elected President of the Iranian American Bar Association’s Phoenix Chapter for 2025-2026. Rassti earned her law degree at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, receiving the highest pro bono distinction. Rassti also holds a master’s degree in Global Technology and International Development and a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies and Political Science, both from Arizona State University. While a student at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, she served on the executive council of the Pro Bono Board and helped create the Law Society of Human Rights to support law students in human rights missions abroad.
