EPGD Business Law is proud to announce that attorney Sarah Denis has been promoted to Partner, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the firm and her unwavering commitment to client success.

Since joining EPGD, Denis has been a cornerstone of the Litigation and Real Estate teams, earning a reputation for her sharp analytical skills and her ability to navigate high-stakes, complex matters. Her work spans commercial litigation, lender representation, contract disputes, restructuring, real estate financing, loan workouts, and commercial leasing disputes, where she has consistently delivered exceptional results for clients across industries.

Denis brings to the partnership years of litigation and transactional experience, including representation of institutional lenders and borrowers in mortgage loans, restructurings, loan sales, and other financing transactions. She is also a Fund member and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company agent, expanding the firm’s capabilities in real estate and title matters.

Before entering private practice, Denis gained valuable judicial experience through internships with the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Third District Court of Appeal, opportunities that helped shape her early litigation skillset. Since then, she has secured numerous favorable outcomes, including multiple final judgments on behalf of her clients.

Denis earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from Florida International University. She is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice in the Florida, Pennsylvania, and District of Columbia Bars, as well as multiple U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts across Florida and Pennsylvania.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Beau, and their young daughter.

Her promotion marks an exciting new chapter for both Denis and EPGD Business Law as the firm continues to strengthen its leadership and expand its footprint in litigation, real estate, and corporate matters.
