JLSW Recognised by Legal 500 for Client Satisfaction and Efficiency

This latest recognition builds on JLSW’s strong track record in Legal 500’s client research. In October 2024, the firm announced that it had been placed in the top 1% worldwide for client satisfaction in Legal 500’s surveys, based on six years of research and client feedback. The firm noted at the time that Legal 500 recognises only those firms scoring in the top percentile for client satisfaction with a special mark on its website.

Legal 500 explains that its client satisfaction and NPS® assessments are based on extensive client survey data, evaluating factors such as billing transparency, value for work done, communication, efficiency, partner engagement, and willingness to recommend.
