Kessler Collins Gains New Shareholder

Kessler Collins is pleased to announce that Charmaine Voorhees Becken has become a shareholder of the firm. Charmaine was previously a shareholder in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman, PC with a practice focused on commercial and business litigation.

Charmaine represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business and commercial disputes involving banking, employment and other business litigation issues. She has also worked extensively in the areas of family law and estate planning/probate, in addition to having first and second chair trial experience representing individuals and businesses.

“I’m thrilled Charmaine is now a part of Kessler Collins,” said Anthony Barbieri, managing partner of Kessler Collins. “She is a highly skilled attorney, and her knowledge and experience will be a valuable asset to our firm.”  

Charmaine has received professional recognitions including Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Commercial Litigation 2021-2023 and Texas Rising Stars, Thomson Reuters, 2020-2023. She is also conversationally fluent in Spanish.

Charmaine graduated from Texas Christian University with an undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy and a minor in Business in 2011 and from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014.
