The transaction was led by Lex Favios' Managing Partner, Sumes Dewan, with key support from Associate Ms. Muskan Bhargava. Their role encompassed comprehensive legal advisory services, including deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and negotiation support, ensuring the successful closure of the investment.

Global Care Health, founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Rajeev Taneja, is a leading non-hospital medical tourism company. The company specializes in facilitating access to advanced medical treatments across countries such as India, Turkey, Dubai, Egypt, Germany, and Thailand. Its mission is to bridge global healthcare divides by creating clinical corridors and supporting patients who require treatment beyond their home countries.
