This recognition highlights her forward-looking practice at the intersection of employment law and emerging technologies, where she advises clients on modern workplace challenges, regulatory developments, and innovation-driven business models.

Leaders League, founded in Paris in 1996, is an internationally respected rating agency known for its in-depth market research and rankings across the legal, financial, and professional services sectors. Its evaluations are widely consulted by corporate decision-makers and investors worldwide, making this recognition particularly significant within the international legal community.
Aline Condrotte is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and holds a Master’s degree in European Law and an LL.M. in European and International Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg. Her practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency, civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, tax litigation, and real estate and construction law. As a sworn expert, corporate conciliator, and court-appointed representative at the Court of Appeal, she regularly advises and represents companies facing financial distress, bringing both technical precision and pragmatic insight to challenging mandates.
Beyond her legal practice, Aline has played an active role in the legal profession in Luxembourg and at European level, having served on the Luxembourg Bar Council from 2020 to 2024 and currently acting as the Bar’s representative to the European Observatory of Bars. She is also a member of the International Fiscal Association and Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association, and an active member of Legal Netlink Alliance, contributing to cross-border collaboration and knowledge-sharing. This latest Leaders League recognition reflects not only her individual excellence, but also Martin-Condrotte’s commitment to high-quality, internationally minded legal practice.
Sabrina Martin has over 28 years of experience advising clients in complex and multi-jurisdictional matters. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Strasbourg and a member of the Luxembourg Bar, she was previously a Partner at the international law firm Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg, within the Litigation and Risk Management department, ranked by Legal 500 in Employment. There, she led labour and social law matters with a strong focus on international litigation, contract law, data protection, and information and new technologies law.
Her current practice covers labour and employment law, dispute resolution, real estate and construction law, and legal issues related to innovation and new technologies, with a particular emphasis on start-ups. In 2017, she developed Luxembourg’s first Legal Tech online legal advice platform, mlonline.lu. Maître Martin has served on the Luxembourg Bar Council and is actively involved in European professional bodies, including the CCBE IT Law Committee, ILNAS AI committee, and EELA. She is recognised by Chambers & Partners and Leaders League for her professional excellence.
