Studio Legale Padovan has successfully advised Webuild S.p.A., Astaldi Concessions S.p.A., and Astaldi Turkish Branch in the disposal of certain hospital assets in Turkey.

The transaction involved the sale of 51% shareholdings in two Turkish companies:

• Ankara Etlik Hastane İşletme ve Bakım Anonim Şirketi, responsible for the management and maintenance of the Etlik Integrated Health Campus in Ankara;
• Astaldi-Turkerler Ortak Girişimi, a joint venture contractor for the construction of the campus.

The shareholdings were sold to the Türkerler Group, already owner of the remaining 49% of both entities.

The Padovan team included founding partner Avv. Marco Padovan, Edoardo Poletti (Head of Corporate, Commercial and M&A), Alessandro Carofiglio (Senior Associate), and Alessandra D’Acquisto (Trainee). Studio Legale Padovan was responsible for the drafting, review, and negotiation of all agreements and related financial documents, including those requiring lender consent for the transaction.
