Victoria Penkova's expertise in construction and real estate

Victoria has an extensive legal experience in construction and real estate, corporate and commercial law and dispute resolution. Qualified in practical use of FIDIC conditions of contract, management of contract claims and resolution of disputes, she handles complex matters under FIDIC forms of contract. She assists and represents clients in all phases of construction projects, as well as in court and arbitration proceedings related to construction disputes. Victoria “has a strong grasp of lease and rental agreements, assisting a variety of clients in the retail sector”.
