RWK Goodman is delighted to welcome David Gerber as a Partner in our Corporate Team. David is based in our London office and continues the significant growth of our corporate capability.

David has more than two decades’ experience advising clients on a range of corporate transactional matters, including cross-border and domestic disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and fundraisings. He has particular expertise in private equity transactions and has acted for emerging growth and expanding businesses, funds, family offices, entrepreneurs and management teams across various sectors.

David has been listed in many of the leading legal directories for his work in M&A and private equity, including The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom (2021-to date) for M&A and in IFLR (2018-to date) as a ‘notable practitioner’ for Private Equity & M&A UK.
