His professional history includes working as in-house counsel for a South Florida company and managing the trademark and corporate practice of a Florida intellectual property firm. Beyond his legal practice, Benjamin actively participates in professional organizations and panel discussions, contributing insights on topics such as intellectual property, technology and AI, corporate governance, and contract disputes.
